All Season Ticket Holders have been contacted today with full details on how to renew and payment options available.

The new FINAL date by which your Season Ticket must be renewed for the 2019/20 Season is 5pm on Monday 3 June.

As previously announced, we are freezing the prices of all Season Tickets for the 2019/20 Season. Due to limited availability and ahead of the renewal process completing, we are not able to consider requests for season ticket relocations during the renewal period this year.

Any Season Ticket Holder wishing to renew must pay for their seat before the renewal deadline. Season Tickets cannot be transferred to other supporters, with any availability being offered to the Season Ticket Waiting List after the deadline has passed.

FAQ's 

How do I renew my ticket? 
Season ticket holders will be allocated the same seat from the 2018/2019 Season. If you would like to purchase this seat, all you need to do is follow the link in the personalised email sent to you, or by logging in to your eTicketing account, and renew your seat by Friday 16th May! 

1. Sign In to your eTicketing accountusing your Client Reference Number and password. You will have anotification in your account

Click on this notification and it will add your Season Ticket seat, and add any other Season Ticket Holder seat whose account you manage and you wish to pay for, into your basket.

  • To remove any Season Ticket seat you do not wish to pay for click 'Remove' on the respective Season Ticket(s) in your basket.

3. Once you have the Season Ticket(s) in your basket you wish to pay for, click 'Proceed to Checkout'.

4. Choose between 'Credit / Debit Card' or 'Instalment Plan'to pay for your Season Ticket(s) and enter your payment details. 

  • Please note, any credit remaining in your online eTicketing account will be automatically deducted from the cost at this stage.

5. Once you have renewed your Season Ticket, you will receive a email confirming your payment. 

 

I have credits on my account, how will these be used?
The final credit run for this season has now been actioned. Any credit remaining in a supporter’s online eTicketing account will be automatically deducted from the cost of their Season Ticket renewal at the checkout point.

Any Season Ticket Holder that chooses not to renew their Season Ticket will be able to claim their credit back via their online eTicketing account after the closing of the Season Ticket renewal period.

 

How long have I got to renew my Season ticket? 
The renewal window will open from on Monday 29 April with the final deadline for renewals being 5pm on Thursday 16 May.

Can I pay for my Season Ticket in monthly instalments? 
Season Ticket holders renewing for the 2019-20 season will be able to sign up to a monthly finance plan.

If you wish to pay via V12 Finance*, your loan will be subject to an arrangement fee (admin fee) of 3.75%.

REPRESENTATIVE EXAMPLE: If one adult Season Ticket purchased at a cash price and amount of credit of £1052.25 over 10 monthly instalments would be repaid by 1 monthly payment of £144.69 (which includes arrangement fee of 3.75% equal to £39.46), followed by 8 monthly payments of £105.23 and a final payment of £105.18. The rate of interest is 0% per annum; the total amount payable is £1,091.71 and the total charge for credit is £39.46. Representative 8.66% APR.

 

*Application fee is only payable should you be accepted to the scheme.

 

I didn’t receive the email. What do I do? 
You can still renew your seat by logging in to your online eTicketing account (follow the steps detailed above) – if you would like any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Season Ticket Renewal team.

How can I select an alternative seat?
Due to limited availability and ahead of the renewal process completing, we are not able to consider requests for season ticket relocations during the renewal period this year.

I have access requirements and would like to purchase a seat with wheelchair access or easy access amenity seating.
Season ticket holders who are currently located within the wheelchair bays or dedicated ambulant seating areas will automatically be allocated the same location and can renew online. Those who wish to move into an amenity seat or require a wheelchair bay should contact our dedicated access team.

If I can’t make a match, can I list my ticket for re-sale via the Clubs Ticket Exchange?
Yes, we recently launched our new ticket exchange/ticket share system, details of which can be seen here.

Can my Season Ticket be changed to my company name?
One Hotspur General Admission Season Tickets, and One Hotspur Memberships must be registered to an individual supporter. These tickets cannot be registered in a company name, and no one individual is permitted to have more than one Season Ticket or Membership registered in their name.

What happens if I miss the renewal deadline?
The final deadline for Season Ticket holders to renew is 5pm Monday 3rd June 2019. If you do not renew by this date, we will assume that you not longer wish to be a Season Ticket Holders next season and the opportunity will be offered to One Hotspur + Members on our Season Ticket waiting list.

I am disabled or have a specific access requirement, what do I do?

Can I purchase the Season Ticket of a family member/friend?
Yes, We recommend that the lead person checks/updates their “My Season Ticket Network” to ensure all group members are within the network prior to the renewal process commencing.

To check/update your “My Season Ticket Network”;

  1. Visit the etickeing website
  2. Sign in using your Client Reference Number/Email address
  3. Click on My Account and then “My Season Ticket Network”
  4. To add new members, Click Add Members
  5. Search for a Season Ticket Holder using their;
    1. Membership Number (Client Reference Number)
    2. Surname
    3. Click add member

 

What is included in my Season Ticket?
19 Premier League home matches and priority booking on other Tottenham Hotspur home matches. Season Ticket Holders also have the exclusive opportunity to use the Ticket Exchange, and Ticket Share service.

1882 Season Ticket Holders have their seat guaranteed for all home Premier League and Domestic Cup matches. 

What is Ticket Share?
Ticket Share is the Club’s ticketing service which provides Season Ticket Holders with the ability to electronically transfer their ticket for a game they cannot attend to a family member or friend.

Once the Season Ticket Holder has transferred their ticket and the recipient has accepted the transfer, the recipient will be sent a digital ticket which will provide them access to the Stadium. The stadium access card of the Season Ticket holder will then be deactivated for that fixture only.

What are the cut-off dates to be eligible for a Concession Season Ticket?
Eligibility for Concessionary priced Season Tickets are:

Senior – Over 65 years old – Aged 65 years or over on 16 August 2019

Young Adult – Under 22 years old – Aged 21 years or younger on 16 August 2019

Junior – Under 18 years old – Aged 17 years or younger on 16 August 2019

Concessionary Season Tickets are only available in selected areas across the stadium.
