As we're fully subscribed in each timeslot, it is not possible to change your allocated time slot.

Unsuccessful? You're automatically been placed on a waiting list

Sorry you missed out this time. Season Ticket Holders who have been unsuccessful in their application have automatically been added to a waiting list for the chance to secure a ticket if any successful applicants are unable to attend the event. If you are selected in any secondary ballot, you will be contacted via email before 12noon on Thursday 13 December with an offer to attend.

We will be holding test events in the lead up to the opening, there will be more opportunities to visit our new home.

Supporters with Access Requirements

Any supporters registered on the Club’s the Access Scheme will be contacted separately and advised that access to the event for them will be via a dedicated entry door at Gate 18 on the eastern side of the South Podium. Access to the podium for these supporters can be made via the manned elevator almost directly opposite Jacks Café on Park Lane.

Transport Information

The stadium is a public transport destination - we encourage fans to assess their travel options and plan their journey before leaving home.

Transport Update

Planned engineering works will affect train services on Sunday. Northumberland Park station will be closed all day and the London Overground services will not start arriving at White Hart Line until 10.30am.

For those wishing to arrive early if attending the 11am – 1pm time slot, it is recommended that you use Seven Sisters and either walk or take the bus from the High Road outside the station.  Routes 149, 259, 279 and 349 will take you to the stadium.

The stadium is also approximately a 25-minute walk from Tottenham Hale station on the Victoria line – the station has step-free access and black taxis are available from the station forecourt.

Accessing the Stadium

All fans attending Sunday’s event will enter the stadium via Entrances 19 – 22 and will gain access to the entry level podium, Park Lane Square, via the staircase circled in green on the map below.

Stewards will be located at the bottom of each staircase to carry out spot checks and scan your ticket; please ensure you are the person named on the qualifying Stadium Access Card or e-Ticket. At the top of the steps, all fans will pass through Security Checks before reaching the turnstiles and entering the stadium.

These will be conducted ‘airport-style’ with spectators being asked to pass through a metal detector. Once you have passed through the Security Checks, you will be free to approach the turnstiles.

The turnstiles will work similar to those on the London Underground – you tap or scan your ticket on the reader and then walk through. If you are using your Stadium Access Card to gain entry, you will simply need to tap it on the reader. If you are using an e-Ticket, you will need to line up the barcode to the reader. Stewards will be on hand to help should there be any difficulties.

Please note, there is no re-entry to the stadium permitted once you have entered through the turnstiles.

The new Paxton House Ticket Office, circled in blue on the stadium map above, will be open on Sunday to answer any ticket related queries.

Supporters with Access Requirements

Any supporters registered on the Club’s the Access Scheme are advised that access to the event for them will be via a dedicated entry door at Gate 18 on the eastern side of the South Podium. Access to the podium for these supporters can be made via the manned elevator almost directly opposite Jacks Café on Park Lane.

We will have a team of Fanbassadors assisting on the day, they will have navy blue Spurs Coats on, with Fanbassador written on their backs. They will have wheelchairs in the car park and at the lift should any of you need mobility assistance.

Bag Policy – Let’s Be Clear

We strongly advise supporters not to bring bags of any type into the stadium. If you do bring a bag you will need to have it searched. Our Bag Policy only permits the following bags to be brought into the stadium after they have been searched:

Bags issued in the new Spurs Shop at the Tottenham Experience for a charge of 10p will meet this criteria. Shop staff will place items directly into and seal this bag – it should not be opened and no personal items should be placed into this bag before you have been through the security checks. As long as the seal is intact, it will not require searching.

No other type of bag will be permitted inside the stadium. If you are bringing a bag, you should allow more time to enter the stadium.

If for medical reasons you require a bag that does not adhere to this policy, please contact us prior to attending at

Fanbassadors – Here to Help

Our Fanbassadors will be located on Park Lane Square to act as your Help & Information point for the stadium, so make use of them and feel free to ask anything.

They will be able provide you with a map that you can also download here.

Test Events

Further details will be announced in due course

In order to achieve a safety certificate for the new stadium, we are required to hold two Test Events with increasing levels of attendances.

Supporters will be able to apply to attend these two Test Events through two ballots and further details of these will follow in due course. Priority for both events will be given to Season Ticket Holders and then One Hotspur +, followed by One Hotspur members. In the unlikely event that any tickets remain after these groups have been allocated, a General Sale of tickets will take place. If you’re not already a member, you can click here to apply.
