Ticket/s for the home game at Wembley

Tickets have started being sent, please note it can take up to 5 working days for these to be delivered. If your ticket has not arrived by Thursday 16th August or by the time you leave for the UK please see Ticket Orders & Delivery 

Please note Stadium Access Cards from the 2017/2018 Season will NOT work for this fixture. Unless you selected "print at home" (Ticketfast) at the point of purchase, you will be sent a paper ticket for the match to the lead booker's address no later than 7-10 days prior to the game.

If your paper ticket has not arrived by the 16th August or by the time you leave for the UK please see Ticket Orders & Delivery for more information about how to request a replacement ticket.

  • My ticket hasn't arrived: Your ticket will be sent no later than 7-10 days prior to the game, if it hasn't arrived by the 16th August or by the time you leave for the UK please see Ticket Orders & Delivery 
  • Can I change it to a "print at home" ticket? Unfortunately, it isn't possible to change your order to a "print at home" ticket after the order has been placed. Please see Ticket Orders & Delivery for information about what to do if your ticket doesn't arrive by the 14th August.
  • Update your address If you need to check or update your delivery address, you can do this online within My Account. Please see Change your address or account details.
  • I'm from overseas, what do I do if my ticket doesn't arrive in time? Your ticket will be sent to the address as per your One Hotspur Membership details. If your ticket hasn't arrived by the time you leave for the UK we can arrange a replacement to be picked up at the Ticket Office at the stadium on match day (you'll require photo ID such as a passport or drivers licence). Please see Ticket Orders & Delivery for information about what to do if your ticket doesn't arrive in time.

Purchased ticket for Fulham:

> Purchased during sales window: You would have been able to use your 1/19th credit was automatically applied at checkout, or if you purchased a different seat the amount would have been refund to you at the end of July/beginning of August.

> Didn't purchase during the Season Ticket Sales window: (ie you didn't purchase before 11am 24 July) If you didn't purchase a ticket for the Fulham game during the Season Ticket purchase window, unfortunately it is no longer possible to claim your 1/19th credit at point of purchase for the Fulham fixture.

Your 1/19th credit will be in your account for future purchases, or following recent announcements, you'll be given further information about how to change this credit into a refund into your bank account. 

Can I use the credit for another game?

If you are unable to attend the games at Wembley Stadium, any credit in your account can be redeemed against any home cup tie in season 2018/19 or against your 2019/20 Season Ticket. 

These funds can either be drawn out from your eticket account by way of a monthly BACS payment or the funds can be held in credit in your account to be used as part payment for your 2019/20 Season Ticket or future purchases. 

I purchased an 1882 Season Ticket

You'll receive 1/19th of the cost of your 1882 Season Ticket cost, you'll receive an email with details on how to access this credit soon.
