FAQs

Why are we playing one game at Wembley Stadium?

We had always intended to request a few games away at the start of the season. The Coaching staff were keen to place a home game within the early fixtures so we shall have one home game at Wembley

I am a Season Ticket holder – how will ticketing work for the game at Wembley Stadium?

As a Season Ticket holder, your eTicketing account will be credited with 1/19th of the price paid for your 2018/19 Season Ticket.

This credit will be available for redemption either against a match ticket for the game to be played at Wembley Stadium, any home cup tie in season 2018/19 or against your 2019/20 Season Ticket.

Dedicated sales windows will open in order for Season Ticket holders to purchase a seat of their choice before we go on sale to One Hotspur Members.

Tickets will be priced at the equivalent price of a Category B fixture played at Wembley Stadium during the 2017/18 season.

I was a Season Ticket holder during the 2017/2018 season – can I have this seat for the game at Wembley Stadium?

If you have renewed your Season Ticket, you will be allocated the seat previously held last season at Wembley. This will be reserved for you to buy during the dedicated sales window, using the credit held in your eTicketing Account.

When your sales period opens:

Log in to your eTicketing Account using your client reference number and password.

Click ‘My Account’ and choose ‘Reserved Seats’.

Here, your Season Ticket and the Season Ticket for any account that you manage will appear.

Click ‘Add to Basket’ and ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to complete the purchase of your ticket(s).

Your credit will automatically be deducted from the total and will show on booking confirmation email as a ‘Voucher’ payment.

I was a Season Ticket holder during the 2017/2018 season but the Season Ticket I bought for the new stadium is more expensive than the seat I held at Wembley Stadium – can I get a partial rebate?

Any surplus credit will be held in your eTicketing account for you to redeem against any home cup tie in season 2018/19 or against your 2019/20 Season Ticket. This will not be redeemable as a cash rebate.

I was a Season Ticket holder during the 2017/2018 season but the Season Ticket I bought for the new stadium is cheaper than the seat I held at Wembley Stadium – will I have to pay more?

If the seat you choose is more expensive than 1/19th of your 2018/2019 Season Ticket, your credit will automatically be applied at checkout and you will be asked to pay any balance by credit/debit card.

I had a Season Ticket for the 2017/2018 season at Wembley Stadium but I would like a different seat for this match – how can I do this?

If you would like a different seat for these games, you will have the opportunity to purchase from all availability during any of the later sales periods and your credit will still apply.

I am a renewing Season Ticket holder but I would like to purchase with either a new Season Ticket holder or a One Hotspur Member – do I have to buy during my dedicated sale window to gain access to my credit?

If you would like to purchase with a Season Ticket holder who has purchased a Season Ticket for the first time or with a One Hotspur Member, you will have the opportunity to purchase from all availability during the later sales periods that are open to the other supporter(s) and your credit will still apply.

I have a Season Ticket for the first time ahead of the 2018/2019 season – will I have a seat automatically reserved for me?

If you are a “first-time” Season Ticket holder, you will not be reserved a specific seat. You will be provided with a dedicated sales window to choose from remaining available seats, including seats that had not been secured by 2017/2018 Season Ticket holders.

I have a Season Ticket for the first time ahead of the 2018/2019 season but the seat I want at Wembley Stadium will work out as more expensive – can I upgrade?

You can – if the seat you choose is more expensive than 1/19th of your 2018/2019 Season Ticket, your credit will automatically be applied at checkout and you will be asked to pay by Credit/Debit card for any further balance.

I have a Season Ticket for the first time ahead of the 2018/2019 season but the seat I want to buy with my credit for the games at Wembley Stadium will work out cheaper – can I get a partial rebate?

Any surplus credit will be held in your eTicketing account for you to redeem against any home cup tie in season 2018/19 or against your 2019/20 Season Ticket. This will not be redeemable as a cash rebate.

I have a Season Ticket for the first time ahead of the 2018/2019 season but I would like to purchase with a One Hotspur Member – do I have to buy during my dedicated sale window to gain access to my credit?

I have a Season Ticket but I am unable to go to the game at Wembley Stadium – can I claim the money back via a cash rebate?

If you are unable to attend the games at Wembley Stadium, you will not be able to claim a cash rebate, however, any credit remaining in your account can be redeemed against any home cup tie in season 2018/19 or against your 2019/20 Season Ticket.

How do I know what 1/19th of the cost of my Season Ticket is?

I paid for my Season Ticket in monthly instalments via a credit agreement with V12 Finance – can I use this credit to reduce my monthly instalments?

Unfortunately, as your credit agreement has been agreed with an external partner, this eTicketing credit cannot be used to reduce your monthly instalments.

Can I transfer my ticket to another member using Ticket Share for this match?

The new Ticket Share service will not be operational for the game played at Wembley.

I have an 1882 Season Ticket at the new stadium – will there be a dedicated 1882 seating at Wembley Stadium?

Unfortunately, there will not be an 1882 seating area at Wembley Stadium. 1882 Season Ticket holders will have 1/19th of their season ticket price applied to their eTicketing account to enable them to purchase from any available seats.

I had a Wembley Pass for the 2017/2018 season – do I keep my seat for games played at Wembley during the 2018/2019 season?

This reservation applies to renewing Season Ticket holders only.

2017/2018 Wembley Pass holders will be able to purchase a ticket from remaining availability in your allotted window.

This window will depend on whether you have purchased a season ticket for the new Stadium or remain a One Hotspur or One Hotspur + Member.

Once I have bought a ticket, will I use my stadium access card to enter Wembley Stadium on these matchdays?

Stadium access cards are only valid for access to the New Stadium. All Season Ticket holders will be provided with a paper ticket or access to a TicketFast eTicket to print at home.

This applies to all season ticket holders and all One Hotspur members.

I’m a One Hotspur/One Hotspur + Member – how does this impact me?

If you are a One Hotspur Member, the usual priority periods for purchase will still apply.

Once all Season Ticket holders have had the opportunity to secure a seat, tickets will firstly become available to One Hotspur + Members before going on sale to One Hotspur Members at a rate of one per member.

Should availability remain, members will then be able to purchase an additional ‘Guest’ ticket at a date to be advised. After these processes have been run, any remaining tickets will become available on general sale to non-members subject to any security restrictions.

Premium members

You will automatically receive a credit note equal to 1/28th* of your 2018/19 seasonal fee for the Premier League match to be played at Wembley on the weekend of 18/19 August, 28 being the average number of games in all competitions over the past five seasons. A credit to that effect will be placed into your Premium account and can be used for the match at Wembley or for future payments towards your 2019/20 seasonal fee.

Executive Members who held a seasonal membership for the 2017/18 Season at Wembley will be given a priority period in which to take up an option on their previous Premium package for this match. This purchase is by no means compulsory.

Any new Executive Members for the 2018/19 Season who would like to discuss the Premium options that are available to them at Wembley will be able to do so once the priority period for previous Members has passed and full availability is confirmed.

Executive Members for the 2018/19 Season who would like to purchase General Admission tickets for this Premier League match at Wembley will be able to do so during a designated priority booking period. Details of this sales process will be communicated to you in due course.
