The Season Ticket Holders priority window has passed, you can purchase a ticket if you wish at any time.

Tickets will become available to One Hotspur + members from 10am on Friday 31 August.

Tickets will become available to One Hotspur members from 10am on Monday 3 September.

Tickets will become available on Guest Sale from 10am on Wednesday 5 September, where members will be entitled to purchase up to four tickets. 

Tickets will become available on Restricted General Sale* from 10am on Thursday 6 September (up to six per transaction).

*Tickets will only be available on General Sale to supporters registered on our ticketing database before 1 July 2018.

Upgrade your membership

If you'd like to access tickets earlier, upgrade to One Hotspur + membership, give the dedicated membership team a call on 0330 333 2018. They are available:  Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 8pm and Saturday - Sunday: 10am to 4pm 

If you upgrade today, you'll immediately have the same One Hotspur + membership benefits. 

 

Purchasing more than one ticket

If you're a Season Ticket holder or a One Hotspur member, you can add other members to your network.

If you'd like another Season Ticket holder / member to buy your ticket at the same time as their booking, you can manage your ticket privileges within your account - allowing other members to be able to assign tickets to you or to manage your tickets on your behalf, under Ticketing Privileges

Restricted General Sale

The Liverpool fixture has been placed on a restricted sale, and therefore if you were not registered on our database by the cut-off date of 1st July 2018 you would not be able to purchase a ticket for the game. This would unfortunately not change even if you purchased a One Hotspur Membership.

The decision to place a game on a restricted sale is not made by the Club, but rather our Safety Advisory Group which is made up of representatives of Brent Council, British Transport Police, Metropolitan Police, London Fire Brigade and TFL. Once a game is placed on a restricted sale, the restriction is not lifted.

 

Ticket/s for the home game at Wembley

If your ticket has not arrived by Thursday 13th September or by the time you leave for the UK please see Ticket Orders & Delivery 

Please note Stadium Access Cards from the 2017/2018 Season will NOT work for this fixture. Unless you selected "print at home" (Ticketfast) at the point of purchase, you will be sent a paper ticket for the match to the lead booker's address no later than 7-10 days prior to the game.

If your paper ticket has not arrived by the 13th September or by the time you leave for the UK please see Ticket Orders & Delivery for more information about how to request a replacement ticket.

  • My ticket hasn't arrived: Your ticket will be sent no later than 7-10 days prior to the game, if it hasn't arrived by the 16th August or by the time you leave for the UK please see Ticket Orders & Delivery 
  • Can I change it to a "print at home" ticket? Unfortunately, it isn't possible to change your order to a "print at home" ticket after the order has been placed. Please see Ticket Orders & Delivery for information about what to do if your ticket doesn't arrive by the 13th September.
  • Update your address If you need to check or update your delivery address, you can do this online within My Account. Please see Change your address or account details.
  • I'm from overseas, what do I do if my ticket doesn't arrive in time? Your ticket will be sent to the address as per your One Hotspur Membership details. If your ticket hasn't arrived by the time you leave for the UK we can arrange a replacement to be picked up at the Ticket Office at the stadium on match day (you'll require photo ID such as a passport or drivers licence). Please see Ticket Orders & Delivery for information about what to do if your ticket doesn't arrive in time.

If you selected Ticketfast/ "print from home" tickets at the time of booking, you'll have received an email with a link to your ticket(s). All you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0. or higher. (If you don't have it, download it here for free).

Can I use the funds in my account to pay for my ticket?

Supporters cannot use their Season Ticket refunds (including any leftover funds if they purchased a ticket for the Fulham game) to pay for this ticket. A supporter can choose to withdraw these funds via a BACS transfer, or hold them to be used against the cost of their Season Ticket renewal for the 2019/2020 Season. A supporter can request a refund within their account under My AccountAccount Cashback.

You'll receive 1/19th of the cost of your 1882 Season Ticket cost, you'll receive an email with details on how to access this credit soon.
