Season Ticket FAQ's

Are Season Tickets available for the 2018/2019 Season?

All general admission Season Tickets have now sold for the 2018/2019 season. The season ticket waiting list positions will be updated in due course, with any future season tickets offered to One Hotspur + members in waiting list order.

What is the credit process for Season Tickets holders for the 2018/2019 Season?

Following the Club's recent announcement that a two further matches of the new season will be played at Wembley - on Saturday 15 September against Liverpool, kick-off 12.30pm, and on Saturday 6 October against Cardiff City, kick-off 3pm – all those who have purchased season tickets at the new stadium will be credited 1/19th of the price you have paid for your 2018/19 season ticket for each fixture concerned.

To improve on the process used for the Fulham fixture, these funds can either be drawn out from your eticket account by way of a monthly BACS payment or the funds can be held in credit in your account to be used as part payment for next season's Season Ticket.

Information about the refund process has been announced here:

Full refund amounts for both Liverpool and Cardiff City will be placed into your eticket account automatically in the coming days.

You will be emailed to confirm when the credit is available to be refunded.

How do I know what 1/19th of the cost of my Season Ticket is?

A full breakdown can be found below:

I’ve already paid for my One Hotspur membership, which I understand is refunded once a season ticket is bought– how do I claim this money back?

We are currently in the process of refunding all One Hotspur + members who purchased membership and subsequently upgraded to become a Season ticket holder.

Further details on this reimbursement will be communicated in due course.

Where is the family area?

The designated Family Area will be in the following blocks: 109, 110, 232, 416, 417, 510, 511 and 512. Supporters can only purchase within these areas if at least one junior is included within the booking.

The East Stand Season Tickets are the same price as the West Stand, why is this?

The East and West Stands at the old Stadium attracted a historic price differential due to the age and quality of facilities available substantially differing between the stands. The East and West stands at the new Stadium will share the same level of first class facilities and service along with superb views of the pitch.
