The purchase process

 

I am an existing season ticket holder - how do I buy my season ticket for the 2018/19 season?


2018/19 Season Tickets will become available to buy from 19th March 2018.
Each season ticket holder has been provided with one of eight sales phases within which they can choose their preferred seat.

A deposit of £50 per seat will be payable to secure your preferred seat. Deposit payments can be made using all major credit or debit cards (including American Express).

The full, outstanding balance will be payable only at the end of the eight sales phases.
The outstanding balance can be paid by credit or debit card or in 10 monthly instalments, via a finance plan*.

The payment window will open on 1st May 2018 and will close on 16th May 2018.
Anyone who has not paid the outstanding balance by this time will lose their offer of a season ticket.

 
I am a Bronze Member on the season ticket waiting list - how do I buy a season ticket for the 2018/19 season ticket?


At this stage, we have a full complement of season ticket holders for the 2018/19 season.

Should there be any season ticket holders who choose not to renew following the closure of the payment window, Bronze members will be contacted in waiting list order (approx mid-June 2018).

 

How can I choose my seat?

 

Season ticket seats can be secured online via our new, dedicated microsite here.

Simply, add your chosen seats to your basket and proceed to checkout.

Alternatively, you can call our dedicated Season Ticket service line on 0330 333 2018
Lines are open 8:30am – 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm on Saturdays and 10:00am – 4:00pm on Sundays.

A deposit of £50 per seat will be payable to secure your preferred seat. Deposit payments can be made using all major credit or debit cards (including Visa, Mastercard and American Express).

 

When can I choose my seat?


All current season ticket holders have been contacted with their sales phase by email and through the post. A full schedule can be seen below. 

Once your sales phase has opened, you will be able to secure your seat any time until the final sales phase closes (19th April 2018).

 

How have you allocated the priority sales phases?

 

A combination of two elements will be used to determine an existing Season Ticket Holder's position on the priority list to choose their seat:

1. The number of continuous years that a supporter has owned a Season Ticket.

2. The number of loyalty points held by an individual Season Ticket Holder on 5 February 2018. This total will continue to be used throughout this process, regardless of any additional points a supporter might accrue after this date.

This means that those existing Season Ticket Holders with the longest recorded Season Ticket tenure and largest balance of loyalty points as of 5 February 2018 will be invited to choose their seat first.

For those who became a Season Ticket Holder for the first time this season, your place on the priority list will be determined by your position on the Season Ticket Waiting List at the end of the 2016/2017 season.  This would have been the rationale followed had we moved from White Hart Lane directly into our new stadium and therefore continues to honour the integrity of the Season Ticket Waiting List.

Sales Phase

1 - Tenure of 11 years (or more) and holding 310 or more Loyalty Points
2 - Tenure of 11 years (or more) and holding 200 - 309 Loyalty Points
3 - Tenure of 11 years (or more) and holding 0 - 199 Loyalty Points
4 - Tenure of 1 - 10 years at White Hart Lane.
5 - First year as a Season Ticket holder (took up a Season Ticket at Wembley) and season ticket waiting list position of 1 - 10,000 at the end of the 2016/17 season
6 - First year as a Season Ticket holder (took up a Season Ticket at Wembley) and season ticket waiting list position of 10,001 – 25,000 at the end of the 2016/17 season
7 - First year as a Season Ticket holder (took up a Season Ticket at Wembley) and season ticket waiting list position of 25,001 – 43,999 at the end of the 2016/17 season
8 - First year as a Season Ticket holder (took up a Season Ticket at Wembley) and season ticket waiting list position of 44,000 – 66,050 at the end of the 2016/17 season

 

I’ve had a season ticket longer than the past 11 years. Why can’t I be prioritised?

 

Our data goes back as far as 2006/2007. Prior to the implementation of the current ticketing system, all previous data was erased as we moved to the Ticketmaster platform. For the supporters who all fall into the category of holding a season ticket since 2006, the phases have been further differentiated on the basis of loyalty points held as at the end of the 2016/2017 season.

 

My loyalty points are wrong meaning I should be in a different sales phase - what can I do? 


With regret, we are unable to review any perceived inaccuracies in the loyalty point total and any proceeding priority positions now that this allocation process has been completed.

I would like to secure a seat with someone else who is in the same sales phase - how can I do this? 


You can secure season ticket seats for yourself and any other eligible season ticket holder as long as they appear within your Season Ticket Network, subject to a £50 deposit per seat payment being received.

To view your current Season Ticket Network, log in to our dedicated site using your client reference number and password HERE.
In the top right-hand corner, choose ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Season Ticket Network’.
Here, a list of your fellow season ticket holders will appear.

If you would like to secure a seat for an eligible season ticket holder who does not currently appear within your Season Ticket Network, please click ‘Add Member’ and enter their client reference number and surname.

I would like to secure a seat with someone else who is in a different priority sales phase - how can I do this?


Groups of season ticket holders who are looking to be seated together are required to wait until the latest sales phase opens when all seats can be secured.

For example, should you have been allocated sales phase 3 but you are looking to be seated with a season ticket holder who has been allocated in sales phase 6, you will need to wait until 12th April 2018 to secure your seats together.

 

I have been a season ticket holder for more than 11 years however my child has only held a season ticket since the start of this season – can we buy together?


As you are both eligible season ticket holders, you will be able to secure your season ticket seats together when the later allocated sales phase begins.

For example, if you are eligible to purchase in sales phase 3 and the junior season ticket holder is eligible to purchase in sales phase 6, you will be able to secure seats together in phase 6. 

Prior to announcing the sales phases, we carefully considered what would be the fairest and most transparent process. We realise that it is impossible to create a system that everyone will feel is fair, though we believe that basing it on the length of tenure is the most appropriate method of allocation. 

We regret we are not able to provide additional priority for juniors over those who have held their season tickets for a longer period. It would simply be unfair for a supporter who has held a season ticket for a considerable number of years to be ‘leapfrogged’ by a supporter who has been a season ticket holder for one season. 

In the new stadium, there is both great choice and availability of seats and we hope that all will find seats they are happy with. Additionally, the Family stand provides a good option for those with Juniors. 

 

Would I be able to secure a seat during my sales phase and then relocate to sit in another area of the stadium or with another group of people at a later date?


Unfortunately, once your seat has been secured, we will be unable to offer the opportunity for chosen seats to be relocated during a later sales phase.

Will I be able to change my seat after all sales phases have ended?


We will also be unable to facilitate requests to relocate any chosen seats once sales phases have ended and/or the payment window has closed.

I am unavailable to secure my seat during my sales phase/I have missed my sales phase - what can I do?


Once your sales phase has opened, your ability to secure a seat be available until sales phase 8 ends on 19thApril 2018.

To maintain the integrity of our prioritisation system, we are unable to accommodate individual requests based on scheduling.

 

How will I be able to pay for my season ticket?


A £50 deposit per seat is payable to secure your season ticket seat during your sales phase. Deposit payments can be made using all major credit or debit cards (including American Express).

This deposit will be deducted from the advertised season ticket price.

The outstanding balance of your 2018/19 season ticket(s) is payable by all major credit or debit cards or, alternatively, in 10 monthly instalments*.
Our 10-month financing plan is operated by the Club’s Season Ticket financing partner, V12 Finance. If you wish to pay your outstanding balance by this option, your loan will be subject to an arrangement fee (admin fee) of 3.75%.

EXAMPLE:

If your outstanding balance is £1077.25 (including booking fee), the loan is repayable in 10 monthly instalments of £107.73 with the arrangement fee of £40.40 payable with this first instalment.

Please note: we are no longer able to accept cash or cheque in respect of season ticket sales. Finance applications are only available online.
*All finance is provided by our partners V12 Finance and is subject to application and credit checks.

 

Where is the family area?


The designated Family Area will be in the following blocks: 109, 110, 232, 416, 417, 510, 511 and 512.

 

The East Stand Season Tickets are the same price as the West Stand, why is this?


The East and West Stands at the old Stadium attracted a historic price differential due to the age and quality of facilities available substantially differing between the stands. The East and West stands at the new Stadium will share the same level of first-class facilities and service along with superb views of the pitch.

Where are concession season tickets available?


Concessionary priced season tickets are available across the stadium in areas where the prevailing adult rate is £1,125 or less.

However, please note that junior concessions are not available in the area of our single tier South Stand that is future proofed for safe standing as this has been deemed unsuitable for children.

 

What are the cut-off dates to be eligible for a concession season ticket?


For our senior citizen priced tickets, supporters will need to 65 years or over on August 16th 2018.

For our junior priced tickets, supporters will need to be 17 years or younger on August 16th 2018.

For our young adult priced tickets, supporters will need to be 21 years or younger on August 16th 2018.

 

What is included in my season ticket?


19 Premier League home matches and priority booking on other Tottenham Hotspur home matches.

Season ticket holders also have the exclusive opportunity to use the Ticket Exchange platform and the all-new Ticket Share facility.

 

What is the Ticket Exchange?


Launched ahead of the 2017/18 season, our Ticket Exchange allows season ticket holders the opportunity to list their seat for sale if they are unable to attend a fixture.

The Ticket Exchange will open once a fixture reaches sell out status.

 

What is Ticket Share?


Ticket Share is the Club’s all-new ticketing facility which provides season ticket holders the ability to electronically transfer their ticket to a game they cannot attend to a family member or friend.

Once the season ticket holder has transferred their ticket via their online account and the recipient has accepted the transfer, the recipient will be emailed a digital ticket which will provide them access to the Stadium.

The stadium access card of the season ticket holder will then be deactivated for that fixture only.

 

My friend is on the waiting list, will they get offered a Season Ticket?


This will depend on the number of existing season ticket holders who choose to renew their seat at the new Stadium. We anticipate offering a small number of seats to the Season Ticket Waiting List – Those supporters who are eligible will be contacted directly approx mid-June 2018.

 

Do I get loyalty points for reserving my Season Ticket place?


No. Loyalty points will be awarded once the full balance is paid

 

How can I see the views from seats?


You will be directed to a “view from seat” function via your unique invitation. This will also be available to view via the dedicated microsite at www.tottenhamhotspur.com/bethere for New Stadium seat purchases.

 

What if my preferred seat is not available when I apply?


You will need to select another seat. You will be presented with the option of available seats during your sales phase.

 

Some of the seats that I am interested in seem only to be available as Premium Seats – would I be able to purchase one of these?


Our Premium Seats occupy the optimum halfway line viewing areas of the East and West stands in the new stadium and are available to anyone.

With a Premium Seat membership, you are able to purchase multiple seats together as a group, with a free choice from the seats available in optimum viewing areas on the halfway line.

Premium Seat Members enjoy direct access to a private lounge with complimentary refreshments from our deli-counters and half-time drinks, along with a range of other exclusive benefits. There are also upgrade opportunities at a variety of restaurants giving you the flexibility to tailor your matchday experience.

What if I don’t like where I am when we actually move in the stadium?


Please choose your seat very carefully, noting all the information available as we will not be able to process any seat relocations once the sales process has completed.

 

Can children sit in the South Stand?


Yes – but please be aware that no concessionary prices are available in the South Stand area which is future proofed for safe standing. 

 

What is Safe Standing?


Safe standing is the commonly used term to denote an area of seating that can be converted into a terracing area for standing for matches as and when this is allowed. A seat can be locked in a down or upright position to allow the supporter to stand in front where a 900mm high barrier is placed to ensure the safety of those standing from surges from behind.

 

What is an 1882 Season Ticket?


An 1882 Season ticket is a ticket limited to exclusive areas of the South Stand that have access to a premium bar and refreshment facility pre and post-match. Benefits include:

  • Your seat in our designated 1882 seating areas in the South, East and West Stands for all home Premier League AND Domestic Cup Matches
  • Access to a private bar that is quickly and easily accessed from your seating location
  • Your name on the 1882 feature wall in each of our 1882 Bars

What are the transport arrangements for the new stadium?


The stadium is designated as a Public Transport destination.

The new stadium will be actively promoted as a ‘Public Transport Destination’ – just like Wembley Stadium, with service improvements, new shuttle bus links, better pedestrian connections, real-time travel information points, clear signage and regular transport and station updates on the website, in programmes, and directly to fans in the stadium. The upgraded Victoria Line has already delivered brand new, faster and higher capacity trains – ending the disruption that supporters have faced for many years and delivering major service improvements. The Victoria Line will become the highest frequency railway in the UK with trains running every 100 seconds, each way, before a midweek fixture and all trains now running the full length of the line to Walthamstow by way of Tottenham Hale.

Improvements at Seven Sisters station interchange are now well underway – with additional access from the southbound National Rail Overground station towards the Victoria Line Underground station completed and further work will be undertaken as part of the London Overground devolution to improve the quality of the station facilities for all passengers. The White Hart Lane station train service is under the control of London Overground in 2015 – with brand new and higher capacity trains, similar to the new Metropolitan Line trains, and station improvements planned, including street to platform level access. This important project is now being developed by TfL, Network Rail and Haringey Council.

We will also be working with existing transport providers to identify suitable park and ride locations in the local areas to encourage supporters to use public transport in reaching the stadium.

 

Can I get a parking space?


No – there is no official car parking available at the Stadium

 

Will I have to climb stairs?


The majority of seats in the stadium will involve climbing a number of stairs. Any supporter who has specific access requirements should contact the Access team for further details.

 

Can I use lifts?


Lifts are in place within the stadium, with priority of use given to those supporters with access requirements. Please note that the rear sections of the South Stand are not accessible via lift.

 

I suffer from Vertigo, do you have any recommendations on where to sit?


Supporters suffering from Vertigo, are advised that the back of the upper tiers of the stadium involve a substantial amount of climbing and are therefore advised accordingly.

 

I have special accessibility needs, what do I do?


If you are registered with our existing Access scheme, you will be contacted directly. If you are not and are an existing season ticket holder wishing to relocate to an accessible area, please contact the access team on access@tottenhamhotspur.com

 

I am disabled - can I sit with my family?


A disabled supporter who would like to purchase with a family group should be directed to call the Access team to facilitate. We will be able to offer the seating in the family Blocks in 511, 512 for wheelchair users. For ambulant supporters, they can purchase in Block 232.

Family members will need to be existing season ticket holders and purchase in their relevant sales phase.

There will be a maximum family size of four for this purpose. The supporter with access requirements, their designated personal assistant, plus two further family members.

 

Can I buy additional Season Tickets?


Unfortunately, Season Tickets are extremely limited and there is a considerable waiting list. If you are interested in purchasing multiple seats in the new stadium, then you can consider premium options which are available to buy as a group today.

Premium Seats occupy the optimum halfway line viewing areas of the East and West stands in the new stadium and come with direct access to a private lounge. Full details of options that start from £160 per match can be found at tottenhamhotspur.com/be-there.
