Cancelling an away ticket application
If your away match ticket has been dispatched to you already, you will need to return this to the Ticket Office in accordance with our away match ticket refund policy.

How do I cancel an application before the application deadline?
Log back into your online ticket account, once in select apply (on the chosen game) then cancel the application.

If you have recently submitted an away match ticket application by post and wish to cancel this please email your request to ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com and the team will cancel the application on your behalf. Please note that the cancellation request must be sent to the Club from the email address registered to the lead client's membership account. A member of the Ticket Office team will reply to your email once your application has been cancelled.

Refund policy for away games
If you find that you are no longer able to attend an away match fixture, please return your ticket to the Ticket Office, via special delivery, and make sure that it arrives no later than seven days prior to the fixture date. Refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. Unfortunately, away match tickets received later than seven days prior to the fixture date will not be eligible for a refund.
