I have a client reference number but no password

If you have a client reference number but do not have a password, you will need to activate your online account.

Activating your online account 

  1. Click here to access the Ticket & Membership Centre.
  2. Select the 'Activate it now' button just below the 'Sign in' button.
  3. Enter your client reference number and surname.
  4. Complete the form and hit 'Save Details'.

You have now completed your online registration.
