If you have a client reference number but do not have a password, you will need to activate your online account.
Activating your online account
- Click here to access the Ticket & Membership Centre.
- Select the 'Activate it now' button just below the 'Sign in' button.
- Enter your client reference number and surname.
- Complete the form and hit 'Save Details'.
