Season Ticket Wait list - How to join & view position

You are automatically placed on the Season Ticket waiting list when you purchase a  One Hotspur + membership.

View Season Ticket waiting list position:   

  1. Login to the Ticket & Membership Centre here, using your client reference number and password.
  2. Select 'My Account' to the right of the page, displayed alongside your name.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see your Season Ticket waiting list position displayed in the centre of the page amongst your membership credentials.

To join the Season Ticket wait list, you should purchase a One Hotspur + membership. Your place on the waiting list is determined by the date that your One Hotspur + membership started, ie if you join today someone who joined yesterday will be before you on the waiting list.  

 

How do I buy a season ticket for the 2018/19 season ticket?

At this stage, we have a full complement of season ticket holders for the 2018/19 season.

Should there be any season ticket holders who choose not to renew following the closure of the payment window, One Hotspur + members will be contacted in waiting list order from mid-June 2018. 

 

There are three tiers of One Hotspur Season Ticket membership:

 

One Hotspur Silver

The Silver Season Ticket option provides access to:

    • All 19 Premier League home matches

Want to upgrade to Gold Season Ticket status?

 

One Hotspur Gold

The Gold Season Ticket option provides access to:

    • All 19 Premier League home matches
    • All home cup ties

Upgrading to Gold

There is no upfront cost for a Silver Season Ticket holder to upgrade to Gold status however, by doing so you will register your credit/debit card details to the Automatic Cup Scheme. This will ensure that you are automatically charged for a ticket to each home cup match. Payment is debited on a match by match basis.

Silver Season Ticket holders can upgrade to Gold status by calling the Ticket Office on 0344 844 0102 (UK) or from overseas on +44 20 7998 1068, selecting option 2. Lines are open from Monday - Friday, 09:30 - 17:00.

Alternatively you can upgrade to Gold status online by following the steps below:

1. Login to the Ticket & Membership Centre here using your client reference number and password.

2. Click ‘My Account’ from the options to the right of the page, displayed alongside your name.

3. From the options on the right of the page, click on the box ‘Cup Ticket Scheme’

4. Select the season ticket(s) that you wish to upgrade to Gold and click ‘Assign Card Details’.

As long as your card details are valid, our system will automatically identify that you have assigned your card details and upgrade the membership level to Gold status within 24 to 48 hours.

Please note: Gold Season Ticket status and the Automatic Cup Scheme will only apply for games that will take place at Wembley Stadium for the 2017/2018 season.


Downgrading to Silver

If you wish to downgrade from Gold to Silver Season Ticket status at any time please email ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com with your request and a member of the team will confirm once you have been removed from the Automatic Cup Scheme.

 

One Hotspur Platinum

The Platinum Season Ticket option provides access to:

    • All 19 Premier League home matches
    • All 19 Premier League away matches

*Please note that the Club have taken the decision not to accept any new Platinum members to the scheme at this time.
