My Network

What is My Network?

My Network is an online function that enables you to manage the membership accounts of friends or family members and purchase a match ticket on their behalf. 

There is no limit to the number of members you may add to your online network. Please note that you will not be able to purchase a ticket to a match on behalf of a fellow member if they are not included within your online network. 

Once you have added someone to your network, you can select if you'd like them to have access to assign tickets to you or would like them to manage your tickets.

1) Add members to your network

To add people to your network, you simply need their Client Reference Number (CRN), this means you can purchase a ticket for them at the time of booking. 

  1. Login to the Ticket & Membership Centre here, using your client reference number and password.
  2. Select 'My Account' which appears at the top right corner of the page 
  3. Select the 'Network' from the menu options.
  4. Click 'Add Member' and enter their client reference number and surname

 

2) Manage Ticket Privileges

Once you have added someone to your network, you will need to decide if you would like them to have access to assign tickets to you or would like them to manage your tickets.

If another supporter manages your tickets, they will be able to renew your season ticket or membership, list your season ticket seat for sale on the ticket exchange and you will appear within their reserved tickets (for cup games).

To change between 'assign' and 'manage':

  1. Login to the Ticket & Membership Centre here using your client reference number and password.
  2. Select 'My Account' which appears at the top right corner of the page 
  3. Select the 'Network' from the menu options.
  4. Scroll to the name of the supporter within your network and click on the arrow that appears on the right hand side
  5. Click on the 'edit' button
  6. Click on the circle that appears next to 'ASSIGN' or 'MANAGE'.
  7. If you have clicked to change to manage, please ensure to click the 'Send Request' - this will send an email to the other supporter to confirm that they are happy for you to manage their tickets.

As soon as they have received this email and accepted your request, you will be able to manage their tickets immediately.

 

Remove members from your network

You may wish to remove a One Hotspur member from your online network if you no longer want them to have the privilege to purchase tickets on your behalf. You can do this by using the remove/block function in My Network:

  1. Login to the Ticket & Membership Centre here using your client reference number and password.
  2. Select 'My Account' which appears at the top right corner of the page 
  3. Select the 'Network' from the menu options.
  4. Scroll to the name of the supporter within your network and click on the arrow that appears on the right hand side
  5. Click on the 'edit' button
  6. Select 'Remove Member'
