How will I get my tickets?

Ticket Delivery information

Tickets can be delivered in a number of different ways, dependant on the delivery option chosen and your membership level. Please note that the delivery option cannot be amended once that the booking is complete. The delivery option will be detailed upon your booking confirmation email.

Print at Home (Ticketfast)

- Non Members
Where Print at Home (TicketFast) is chosen, you will receive an email with your tickets attached (PDF Document). Please remember to print your tickets prior to travelling to the game, also ensuring that the barcode portion of the ticket has fully printed and is not damaged.

- One Hotspur Lilywhite & Bronze members
Where Print at Home (TicketFast) is chosen, you will receive an email with your tickets attached (PDF Document). Please remember to print your tickets prior to travelling to the game, also ensuring that the barcode portion of the ticket has fully printed and is not damaged.

- One Hotspur Season Ticket Holders and Lilywhite & Bronze members purchasing guest tickets
Where Print at Home (TicketFast) is chosen, you will receive an email with your tickets attached (PDF Document). Please remember to print your tickets prior to travelling to the game, also ensuring that the barcode portion of the ticket has fully printed and is not damaged.

Members Card

- Non Members
Unavailable for non members, purchasing via general sale.

- One Hotspur Lilywhite & Bronze members
Access will be uploaded to your 2017/18 stadium access card for one ticket. Any additional (guest) tickets purchased will be posted to the address detailed above no later than 7 – 10 days prior to the fixture. If you have not received your (guest) tickets by this point please contact the ticket office or if matchday please report to the West Ticket office at Wembley Stadium with booking confirmation and ID as early as possible.

- One Hotspur Season Ticket Holders purchasing a different seat than their usual season ticket seat
Tickets will be posted to the address detailed above no later than 7 – 10 days prior to the fixture. If you have not received your (guest) tickets by this point please contact the ticket office or if matchday please report to the West Ticket office at Wembley Stadium with booking confirmation and ID as early as possible.
