Please login to your online etickets account and visit the “My Account” page. In here you will see a new section titled “Ticket Exchange Rebate”.
In this section of your account you will be asked to confirm the Bank Account details for the rebate to be sent to as well as the amount of rebate you wish to receive in the next payment run.
Please note that you are able to claim all money in your account back in a transaction. Alternatively you are able to leave all funds in your account to be deducted from your next Season ticket renewal. Finally, there is also the option to claim part of your funds back if you so wish.
Please note that Ticket Exchange rebates will then be credited back on a monthly basis moving forward, with funds being credited to accounts no later than the 20th of each month as long as requests are submitted online no later than the 10th of each month.
