How can I buy tickets to a Tottenham Hotspur game?

One Hotspur Member: You'll be given the opportunity to purchase tickets online or over the phone (one ticket per member).

One Hotspur + members will get priority access to tickets, (see benefits of One Hotspur membership). Tickets will always become available first to One Hotspur members and, as per previous years, you may be able to request tickets for a guest after the initial sales window has passed (depending on restrictions for each game and subject to availability).

Also One Hotspur Members will get access to our Ticket Exchange - our secondary ticketing platform - which allows members the opportunity to purchase seats from Season Ticket Holders who can't get to a game.

Not a member:

Tickets typically go on sale 6 weeks prior to the match, priority is given to Season Ticket holders and members. An announcement will be made and updated per match which will include the sales window dates.

Should there still be tickets remaining after our members and guest sales, tickets may become available on general sale (up to six per person). Unfortunately, we’re unable to guarantee if tickets will reach general sale so you may wish to consider a One Hotspur membership.

How do I purchase more than one ticket?

You can add other members to your online network, you can then select the number of tickets you wish to buy and re-assign tickets to the other member/s - depending on availability of course.

When booking in a group, you may need to wait until all of your friends/family members booking window opens (ie your Season Ticket holder priority window is open, you'd need to wait until your friends One Hotspur member sales window opens to book together).

If your friend is not a One Hotspur member, you may be able to request tickets for a guest after the initial sales window has passed (depending on availability).

If you are not a member, unless tickets are released for general sale you will not be able to purchase a ticket and you may wish to look at our Premium and travel options below.

Why can't I buy a ticket / What is a restricted general sale?

Member: Check the priority Sales Windows dates for each match and your My Network settings if you're purchasing for a friend.

Not a member: You need to wait until the guest or general admission sale window to purchase tickets.

Restricted General Sale**

There are some matches where, due to security restrictions, we are unable to sell tickets to supporters who have not previously been registered on our ticketing database (ie you've previously purchased a ticket or registered with us, you'll have been given a Client Reference Number.)

These restrictions are imposed by the Metropolitan Police, the local authorities and the venue safety teams. This means that, regrettably, we are unable to make any exceptions for overseas visitors or for any special occasions.

Games that currently have restricted sales:

Does my child/ baby need a ticket?

Yes. All persons entering the ground must have their own match ticket regardless of age or size. This is a safety requirement in order to comply with our stadium licencing conditions.

Whilst we do not prohibit babes in arms from coming into the stadium, we do ask all parents and guardians to carefully consider if a football stadium is an appropriate environment before bringing a very small child to the ground.

Please note: when attending games you'll be subject to the terms and conditions of that stadium. For information about restrictions on pushchairs/ buggies etc, please see the event location's website for details.

Due to the age and infrastructure of the at Wembley stadium, we do not have any ' parent-friendly' areas in terms of changing or nursing facilities and you will find the concourses quite crowded with relatively large volumes of people in a confined space. For more information about facilities for babies and small children please check Wembley stadium.
