Supporters with disabilities or impairments

Please also note that ALL Members with a disability or other access provision must submit a new Access Requirement Form outlining all your access requirements and reason for requesting a Personal Assistant, if required. This will enable the Access Team to better meet those requirements at Wembley and as we move forward in our planning for our new stadium. Your new Season Stadium Access Cards for you and your Personal Assistant within the will be valid for all the 19 home Premier League games.

Applications for away matches will be dependent on availability and the application process will be announced in due course.

Your season ticket access cards are only valid when YOU, the registered supporter with access requirements attend the game. The personal assistant card will be invalid if you do not attend and they will be refused admittance.

One Hotspur Season and Members Stadium Access Cards are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable and are only valid when used by the named One Hotspur Season Ticket holder or Member to whom they are registered. 

Those ticket holders, who are given a paper ticket for matches for their personal assistant, please note that all these terms and conditions are applicable to you.

 If for any reason you are on holiday or unable to attend any home games please see our information on “Ticket Resale”. Please note that your season ticket access cards cannot be transferred to your personal assistant or a third party to gain entry into the stadium.


If your personal assistant would like to attend the fixture without you, they would need to purchase a match ticket prior to the game (subject to availability) in the main stands by either telephoning 0844 8440 102 or emailing access@tottenhamhotspur.com

You are allowed one personal assistant to assist you with your requirements during the course of your time within the Stadium. This applies unless you have requested additional support as a reasonable adjustment.

Personal assistants will be refused entry into the stadium without you being present.

The PA is admitted free of charge and therefore is responsible for the care and assistance of the supporter with access requirements at all times.

You are responsible for the behaviour of your personal assistant at all times and any breach of either the ticketing Terms and Conditions or Ground Regulations by your personal assistant may result in immediate ejection and/or loss of your season ticket.

For future matches any supporter who forgets or loses there season ticket access cards for either them or their personal assistant will be refused entry into the Stadium until they have been to the Ticket Office and purchased a match ticket for the fixture.  This will be at a cost of £10.00 per card which will be payable on the day.

The Club reserves the rights to suspend or withdraw your season ticket without compensation or reimbursement if you the holder or your personal assistant are in breach of any of the above Terms and Conditions. Anyone found using an accessible match/membership/season ticket fraudulently will be banned indefinitely the stadium.

We would also ask you to share this information with your personal assistant to enable them to fully understand these Terms and Conditions and to ask them to be mindful of the area you are situated in and wherever possible, personal assistants should remain seated so that they do not block the view or bump/knock other wheelchair user or ambulant supporters nearby when they are keen to get a better view of the action or celebrating a goal.  It must be emphasised that a personal assistant is granted free access solely to assist your needs and not specifically to watch the match.

These Terms and Conditions are additional to our general ticketing terms and conditions and are for supporters with access requirements.
