Wembley Season Ticket Renewal FAQ's

How do I renew my ticket?
Season ticket holders have been allocated a seat at Wembley Stadium that in our view, best matches their “old” seat at White Hart Lane. If you would like to purchase this seat, all you need to do is follow the link in the personalised email sent to you, or by logging in to your eTicketing account, and renew your seat by Friday 19th May!

How long have I got to renew my Season ticket?
Initially, Season Ticket holders need to decide whether or not to accept the seat that has been reserved for them at Wembley during the first phase of renewals. If you choose to accept the seat that is pre-allocated to you, then all you have to do is renew by Tuesday, May 23, 2017. Should you decide not to accept this initial seat offer and not renew by this date, then your allocated seat will be released and a second renewal window will open on Thursday, May 25, 2017 for 2016-17 Season Ticket holders to select an alternative location from the range of seats available. This second renewal window will provide an opportunity for existing Season Ticket holders that do not currently sit together with friends or relatives, or who wish to upgrade, to now do so. Existing Season Ticket holders will have until Wednesday, May 31, 2017 to select an alternative seat from the choice available.

Can I pay for my Season Ticket in monthly instalments?
Season Ticket holders renewing for the 2017-18 season will be able to sign up to a monthly finance plan. Details will be communicated in due course.

I didn’t receive the email. What do I do?

Season Ticket holders who decide not to accept the seat allocated to them by the Club at Wembley Stadium by Tuesday 23 May, will be contacted and offered the opportunity to select an alternative seat from the range of seats available during the second renewal window, from Thursday 25 May until Wednesday 31 May. If you do not select a seat by the end of this second phase you will lose your benefits as a Season Ticket holder including any loyalty points accumulated. Should you wish to apply to become a Season Ticket holder again in the future then you will be required to join our Season Ticket waiting list.

How will phase 2 work?
During Phase 2, you will be able to choose from any available seats at Wembley Stadium. Available seat locations will be visible on e-ticketing once phase 1 is complete. The number of additional seats available in phase 2 will still exceed the number of current existing Season Ticket holders.

During Phase 2, one person from the group will be able to reserve all seats by using the client reference numbers. This person will be asked to submit payment card details however no payment will be taken at this time. Within the following 48 hours, an email will be sent to each individual season ticket holder inviting them to pay.

I was moved from the North East corner to the South Stand at White Hart Lane but didn’t like it. How will my seat at Wembley be allocated?
You will be moved to the area of Wembley that most closely compares to your old North East corner seat. If you would like to move to an alternative area, you will have the option to do so during the second phase of the sales process from Thursday 25 May until Wednesday 31 May.

I don’t want to travel to Wembley, is there an amnesty for season ticket holders?

Will my choice of seat at Wembley influence the location of seat I will get at the new stadium?
No. The seat you select at Wembley Stadium will not influence where you are offered a seat at the new stadium. We will contact all Season ticket holders in the coming months with full details on how the seating process will work for our new stadium.

Is there a designated “Home end” at Wembley?
Yes. As for our European matches at Wembley for the 2016/2017 season we have designated the West End of Wembley as the home end. Our aim is to use this area as the main focus to generate the atmosphere for the team for our matches at Wembley
